Raila emphasized the imperative for sustained regional peace and deliberated on situations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Sudan.
Discussing Pan-African policy priorities, Raila advocated for enhanced cooperation, emphasizing free trade, infrastructure development, and global stability.
He also outlined his aspirations for the African Union Commission chairmanship, emphasizing priorities such as border openness, global collaboration, and continental unity.
Bilateral, regional, and international affairs were also on the agenda, reinforcing the enduring ties between Kenya and the represented nations.
